Project Coordinator

Salary:                 £30,000 - £35,000
Location:             Work From Home / London HQ
Department:      Delivery 

Job Description:

• Learn project management Software – Archdesk
• Organise Orders Document 
• Organise Purchase orders with subcontractors & suppliers (After Sales to Delivery Handovers)
• Organise PM Master Files (Drawings, Spec, Tech Subs, BAFO's)
• Minute meetings when PM's are unable to attend (keep a united company front)
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Projectly forms to be completed and uploaded to contractor portals (Such as Aconex)
• Any orders by PM's to be uploaded to Archdesk 
• Day to day catch ups with PM's
• Friday check with PM's for any materials or access required for following week
• Friday Project Financials attending

Required:

• Structured Cabling Industry knowledge is required
